We always want you to love your Pinky Promise order — but if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry!

You can return or exchange any non-personalized item within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as it’s unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Custom or printed items (like t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, or phone cases made especially for you) can’t be returned or exchanged unless there’s a manufacturing issue or a mix-up from our side 💗

For clothing items, please make sure to check our size chart before ordering.

Since printed clothing is made specially for you, we unfortunately can’t exchange it if the size isn’t right
But don’t worry — we’ve added a clear size chart on every product page to help you pick your perfect fit before ordering! ✨

Delivery fees are non-refundable, as they cover the courier service — but if the mistake was from us, we’ll of course handle everything 🫶
